TRAK SMART AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY Company attaches great importance to the privacy of its customers and users who use the Trakfuel mobile application . This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected through the App, how it is used, and how it is protected.
This application does not have a public registration system; it is designed to be used exclusively by corporate users who have been pre-authorized by our company and whose accounts have been created by us.
1. Data We Collect
In order for the application to perform its core functions, the following data is collected:
Identity Information: Your email address, uniquely assigned to you by our administrators, so you can log into the system.
Location Information: The application accesses your device's location data only while it is open and in use (foreground). We do not track your location in the background.
Bluetooth (BLE) and Device Data: The application uses your device's Bluetooth capability to detect authorized Trakfuel Caps and read sensor data (temperature, battery status, etc.).
2. How We Use Your Data
The collected data is strictly not used for commercial purposes or to show advertisements. Your data is processed only for the following purposes:
To show you the status and sensor data of Trakfuel fuel caps in real-time.
To record the location of the caps during hardware interactions to support your corporate operations and security.
To resolve technical issues and provide you with support.
3. Data Storage and Security
All your data is hosted on secure cloud servers (Supabase) that comply with international security standards.
All data communication is carried out encrypted over HTTPS.
Session keys stored on users' devices are encrypted using the device's hardware security chip.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
The personal and location data we collect is under no circumstances shared, sold, or rented to advertising agencies, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. The data can only be accessed by your authorized system administrators and our technical team providing the application's technical infrastructure.
5. User Rights and Data Deletion Request
Because your accounts are created by your corporate administrators, there is no automatic "delete account" button within the app. However, you can request the permanent deletion of your personal data from the system at any time.
