No. Fleet monitoring, alerts, and reporting are handled through compatible telematics platforms.

Do I need the app to use Smart Fuel Cap?

Not always. The app is mainly for setup, service, and demo workflows.

Can I receive Smart Cap alerts?

Only when your phone is within BLE range of the Smart Fuel Cap.

Can I submit service requests through the app?

Yes. When your phone is near the cap, the app can capture device data so the user mainly defines the issue and sends the request.
